In addition an education and support package is being developed to assist the Trusts students and trainees orientate themselves into the Trust and help guide them through the early stages of their NHS career. Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust
July 2016 to October 2016
Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust was invited to bid to become a provider of Community Services across Liverpool and Sefton and participate in a tender process involving 3 other NHS Providers. Working as part of the bid team support was given to build a robust bid culminating in the award of "preferred bidder" for the Sefton Community services. This is a circa. £23 million pound bid requiring multi disciplinary working to cost the "clinical model" of service provision.

Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership
January 2017 to present
The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care partnership is a collaboration between all Greater Manchester Health and Social care organisations. It has a range of roles including the stewardship of the transformation fund as well as overseeing the transformation of service provision to a more locality based model. My role is as part of the Partnerships Theme 3 and 4 work streams providing Senior Financial Leadership to these programmes. The programmes included work on Corporate Services and Improving Specialist Care.
In addition, during this work I have led the financial input into the Greater Manchester Provider Trusts Collaborative Imaging Procurement, and the writing of the financial and economic sections of this business case. The business case has been approved through the Trusts Boards. I also chair the Finance and Contracting group of the GM Pharmacy Logistics project.
